At Eleven Thirteen Architects, Inc. we are committed to excellence in aesthetic and practical design. We believe that each project must begin with a solid foundation – researched, designed and built with direct principal involvement throughout the entire process. Practicing architecture with this attitude, we have built a reputation for providing a complete and satisfying project experience for our clients.
Karalei Nunn and Tom Nichols, partners in 1113 Architects, opened the practice in 1995 in Georgetown, Texas with the rescue and restoration of a turn-of-the century warehouse near downtown Georgetown that had been derelict for years and was slated for the wrecking ball. The completed project, known as the Produce Warehouse Depot, went on to win numerous awards including an AIA Honor award for the best adaptive reuse/renovation project.
